This is a set of instructions on how you can link The Swimming Index for use on your own site. The code actually generates an Index page free of all our banners and titles and Displays The Selected Index and a return to the page you generate the request from. You can set up links to either of The Swimming Index Sites. All you need to do is add thefollowing code:

You could set up 20 links on your site or a form to generate the URL. So what do we
want out of this. We would like you to email us to let us know that you are using
the service. That way we can notify you of any changes. The bottom of the
return URL contains a quick copyright and where it is from and that is it. No banner
adds, no nothing else other than a table of links. Try it from your browser, here is
an example of the return from the USS links page. So use
it and have access to the largest list of Swimming Links that you can directly use from
